Saya dulu menggunakan IELTS. Saya hanya mengrimkan scan copy. IELTS certificatenya saya scan, kemudian saya kirim dan saya beri keterangan scan copy. Menurut saya, lebih baik kalau IELTS certificatenya di copy kemudian di legalisir di notaris.
